I am a holistic health & wellness coach that leverages the amazing modalities of Emotion Code, Body Code, Belief Code (Jan 24'), Reiki Holy fire, Healy, AO Scan, the HUB, Applied Kinesiology into my sessions where applicable to help truly balance a clients whole self, physically, mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually. In addition, I am currently certifying in Spinal flow and will be fully practicing by late 2025.

Dr. Bradley Nelson Developed and certifies practitioners to use this fast and efficient practice of using muscle testing to communicate with the subconscious mind to release imbalances and disconnections. I discovered Emotion Code and Body Code on my own journey to work through past surgeries that left major physical implications for my overall health and wellness. I am so thankful and grateful for my journey, as I now discovered the tools to help you release trapped emotions and imbalances that may have created barriers blocking your full health and wellness.
