The Carnivalia Sports and Fitness Expo will be held March 16 at the Maple Grove Community Center. The expo will run from10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on March 16.

The expo will include: a showcase of exhibits by youth sports associations and youth mentoring organizations serving the Greater Twin Cities area (including free sports skills clinics and demonstrations); free sports video screen tests; all-day dance and exercise camp, featuring free lessons in Zumba, salsa, cumbia, meringue, West Coast swing, Tango and hip hop; yoga and martial arts demonstrations; and more than 100 exhibits of sports- and fitness-related products and technology.

In addition, there will be a “flash mob” Zumba party, featuring local Zumba instructors, at 1:07 p.m.

Free exhibitor tables are available to nonprofit youth mentoring organizations serving the Greater Twin Cities area and free exhibitor booths are available to all youth sports associations serving the Greater Maple Grove area.
