Higher Brain Living Presentation

Zach Polsfuss will present an introduction to Higher Brain Living (HBL), from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., on Monday, February 9 at the Doubletree Hilton in St. Louis Park.

Passionate, educated leaders in psychology, life coaching, chiropractic, acupuncture, homeopathy, yoga and other holistic fields choose HBL because it offers them an unprecedented way to help clients change, grow, evolve and “live into” lasting peace, happiness and confidence.

Michael Cotton, DC, founder of the Higher Brain Living theory, technique and centers, explains that HBL is a gentle touch technique that creates a surge of energy from the primal fear-based lower brain into the higher brain (prefrontal cortex) in order to dissipate fear and help individuals discover a life filled with joy, passion and purpose.

Research shows that 90 percent of all doctor visits today are the result of stress. Primitive lower brains fear change as they were designed to protect. According to Cotton, in today’s world they encourage an unnecessary state of hypervigilance, stress, anxiety and fear.

Now, with the tools of HBL, people can actually change the physiology of their brains.
